1  pear, thinly sliced

1  (5 oz) package baby kale

1/2  fennel bulb, thinly sliced

2  medium celery stalks, thinly sliced

2  ounces Manchego cheese, peeled into ribbon

1/4  cup golden raisins

1/4  cup chopped walnuts


step 1.

In a large bowl, combine kale, celery, fennel, walnuts, pear, raisins. Toss gently to combine.Top with Manchego ribbons and serve.
