1  cup whole milk

2  large eggs

1  cup all-purpose flour

2  tablespoons sugar

1/2  teaspoon baking soda

1  dash salt

1/4  cup olive oil

preparation

step 1.

Beat eggs and mix it together with milk in a bowl. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda in another bowl. Combine dry with the wet; mix until smooth. Add 1 cup of very hot water. Stir to combine. Let it stay for at least 10 min. Add oil to the skillet, 1 tablespoon at a time, pour a large ladle of mixture, gently tilt your skillet so it form a nice round shape. Cook each side for one minute. Repeat until all mixture is used up.
