1  avocado, cored and scooped out

1/2  lime, juiced

1/8  teaspoon salt

2  tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

2  medium slices sourdough

2  servings Balsamic And Maple Syrup Glaze


step 1.

In a mixing bowl, mix together avocado, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Mash well.

step 2.

To serving, spread the bread with avocado mixture and drizzle over the balsamic maple glaze.
