A delightful combination of crisp asparagus spears infused with zesty orange flavors.

1  pound asparagus, snap off the ends

2  tablespoons olive oil

3  cloves garlic, minced

1/2  teaspoon salt

1/2  teaspoon black pepper

1  teaspoon orange zest


step 1.

Preheat the oven to to 400°F.

step 2.

Rub the asparagus with olive oil. Sprinkle on top salt and garlic.

step 3.

Bake for 10 minutes uncovered, in batches if needed.

step 4.

To serve, sprinkle with pepper and orange zest.
